Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This right also applies to customers in the EU under equivalent consumer law.
Our 30-day returns window
On top of your legal rights, we offer an extended 30-day returns window. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition of returns
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all accessories included. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to inspect the item.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been used extensively, or products sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, unless they are faulty.
How to start a return
Email: support@thquarter.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping costs
- If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage.
- If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost and you'll receive a full refund or a free replacement.
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us with photos and your order number and we'll resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
