Shipping Policy

At The Home Quarter, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely and with no surprises. This policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed at weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days from dispatch — free delivery on all UK orders.
  • Europe: 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Occasional delays can occur due to couriers, customs or peak periods; we'll always keep you updated.

Customs, duties and import taxes

UK prices include applicable UK taxes. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
