Products and pricing

We aim to describe and price all products accurately. Colours and images are for illustration and may vary slightly. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or description error, with a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method provided.

Warranty

Our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights to cancel and to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty goods.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you're an EU consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this site at the time of your order.
