Setup tip — draw your no-go zones after the first full map, not during it. Zones drawn on a partial map tend to drift out of place.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. UK delivery typically takes 5–12 business days from dispatch and is free on every order. European delivery takes 7–15 business days, with costs shown at checkout.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it in real time.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It should be unused and in its original packaging. If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost and offer a full refund or free replacement.
Yes. Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
